ERBUD - the general contractor of Silesia Outlet

Erbud SA has been chosen for the general contractor of Silesia Outlet, one of the largest outlet centers developed in Upper Silesia. The investor of the facility is 6B47 Poland, a company from the 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG group, and BOIG Property Consulting - responsible for the commercialization. The financing of the project was provided by Bank Zachodni WBK SA.
The choice of the Erbud SA company as the general contractor and BZ WBK as the bank financing the Silesia Outlet project is a guarantee of the implementation of our investment at a high level and in the assumed time. According to the plan, we are starting the construction of the first stage of our outlet center, which assumes the creation of over 12.000 sqm of GLA, which shell be connected to the Auchan center and parking network. In the next is planned 8.000 sqm additional retail space.

Tenants recognize a great potential of the facility, which confirms the high level of commercialization.


The project is entering a dynamic implementation phase. The start of construction will certainly accelerate the commercialization process of the facility. The rental level is already 70%. We are currently in the process of agreeing further contracts. The outlet's offer will be tailored to the shopping needs of the region's inhabitants. Tenant mix Silesia Outlet assumes the presence of a number of famous brands. Silesia Outlet will feature stores of Vistula and Wólczanka, Pepe Jeans, Guess, Kazar, Umbro and Pierre Cardin, Apart, Kubenz, Bruno Zinger, Lavard, Lancerto, Lee Cooper, Wrangler, 4F, Martes Sport, Puma, Reebok, Adidas and New Balance and many more.
