The undeveloped plot of land designated for an outlet centre is located in a very attractive location - Gliwice (200,000 people) in Poland. The town is well commuted with Katowice (capital of the region), Sosnowiec, Zabrze, Bytom and Ruda Śląska.

Gliwice is situated in Silesian Voivodeship, which is Poland’s most industrialized and urbanized region with over 70 cities that have a total population of approx. 4.8 million people (while in Warsaw there is approx. 1.8 million).

The outlet centre will be located close to prominent road junctions, next to Auchan shopping mall and Leroy Merlin. The location is on the west side of Silesia region. The highway junction that is in close vicinity of the plot is passed by nearly 50.000 cars a day. The catchment of this location is very attractive.

The outlet centre shall consist of nearly 20.000 sq.m. with 120 stores of well-known and respected brands of clothing, shoes and sports providing at least 30% discounts in comparison to regular shopping malls.

6B47 Poland shall pursue with the development along with the Blue Ocean Investment Group, a reputable and experienced retail developer and leasing agent specializing in renting retail space, including the largest number of outlet malls in Poland.
